Greetings from the trail! Ridin’ out is fun and exciting. Sometimes I’ll venture down a path without a clue where I’m headed. On those days I trust my horse guide to keep me safe and, if necessary, take me back in the right direction. Ever had that experience?
Int*l Horse Competition
Anyone excited that competition voting ends tomorrow at midnight? I’m excited about creating the images and web pages to introduce the newest addition to our virtual stable. Click here to read the stories and VOTE!
October Judge for Yourself
In case you’re wondering, October’s Judge for Yourself finalists will be selected from completed submissions published in August and September that were not part of the Int*l Horse Competition. Plans for November’s competition are still unknown, but I’ll keep you posted.
What’s New
When it’s quiet around Girls Horse Club, the barn mice like to come out and add little features throughout our virtual barn. Girls Horse Club members are typically quick to spot changes, so you tell me — what’s new?

Cassie, story submissions are still closed as I don’t have time to edit, illustrate, moderate, etc., right now. I did want to give you an update with the opportunity to say hay, comment, and/or ask questions. But until further notice things will remain pretty quiet while I’m out exploring new trails. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

My mom got in the money and now I can take lessons!
The first was great!!! I learned how to trot better, but my horse was stubborn! I had to keep kicking him and he wouldn’t trot for me!!! I even cantered… But on acccident!!!

look for the key to the left of the space bar labeled Alt. Press that down, keep holding it. Then look for the 3 on your number pad(to the right of the letters) and press it. You should get a ♥. It might not do it on all keyboard models ( Try it anyway ) :)
