WANNABE JUNIOR BLOGGERS?
It’s great to see so many new guest bloggers contributing — thank you! Some of you are eligible (or will soon be eligible) to join the Junior Blogger roster, if you’re interested. Currently the roster is full, but considering the Loft Book Club is ‘on hiatus’ I’m thinking about adding some slots. I’m also thinking it’s time for another Junior Blogger Finals. Any thoughts and/or interest?
ABOUT THE JUNIOR BLOGGER FINALS: JB finals are held when there are several girls interested in becoming a JB, but not enough openings on the roster. Guest bloggers with 3 or more published blogs are eligible for the finals. Each finalist submits a blog (previously published blogs accepted) and members/visitors vote to decide the winner(s).

Pony Princess, couldn’t agree more. PW’s blog always brings a smile to my face. I love her writing, design aesthetic, pretty much everything about her blog. She’s definitely been an inspiration to me!
LeadMare: I have to report a minor technical difficulty. On the ‘nickers’ side of the screen, right before a new nicker comes out it comes out and is apparently not ready. I’ve seen it happen twice. When you click on it you find that it’s not really there.
Wild Rose, I can’t seem to replicate that problem but have an idea what might be happening. If you see it again please let me know using the email link below. Be sure to include info about which nicker it was. Thanks for letting me know.
My 3d blog is being published tomorrow, so I will be there!!
I have had 3 blogs published. Are there any slots on the roster left? Is there going to be a JB final soon?

Do you have an idea of when this will start? I will be out of town with no computer access next week, and I really wold like to stay on the JB roster, but can’t participate with no computer access. :(

JBs and wannabe JBs: This update answers most of the questions in the comments, but I’ll reiterate…
1) The JB roster has 10 slots. It’s currently full and all JBs on the roster will remain (I hope).
2) *IF* there’s a JB finals, guest bloggers with 3 or more published blogs are eligible.
Guest bloggers: I recognize there are several of you with 3 or more published blogs (visit the guest bloggers channel to see who and in what order.). This may sound a bit stern, but I have to assume you read as well as you write, so you know from the CASTING CALL FOR BLOGGERS that you’ll remain a guest blogger as long as the JB roster is full.
I understand this may be disappointing for some, and appreciate those who are dedicated/patient enough to hold out for a spot on the roster.
Hope this helps clarify.

mustangmane, you are special, guest bloggers are special, and our readers are extra special. After all, it wouldn’t be much fun to write for a blog that no one reads!
JBs already on the roster DO NOT get voted for — you have a slot and will continue to have it as long as GHC is alive and you keep contributing exceptional content.
I will let everyone know if slots open up on the roster, and how those slots will be filled.
