Amazing poem. It’s truly an ispration to all. It helps us remeber, and cherish that day we first saw a horse, and how now we have come to love them. I think it really ties all of the horse lovers out there together in it’s message. It was heartfelt, and so beautiful. I could almost Imagine I was there with you. Yea also this is amazing because most girls end up forgetting horses, and this poem is to help remind them why they used to love them. WE WILL MISS YOU!!!!!! Love your writing!

I barely know you, HorseFeathers, and we’ve never really….talked in a regular convorsation….but i’ll be real sad when ya leave. I feel like all ya’ll are my best friends, and that if any of you leave or i have to leave, i’ll die. Let’s just spend every moment possible here…..where our hearts can be free to roam as they wish to be. :D Beautiful poem, and I <3 ya'll like sisters!!!!

Wow! heart touching!!!! i almost cried! (good thing i didn’t or i’d be laughed out of the house) it is so beatuiful!!! i have always loved horses and i regret having to go to big citys instead of staying on my farm girl/cowgirl farm. thanks for touching my heart!

We will miss you a lot when you leave! My favorite part was when you said, “Worlds will collide,
Nations will unite once again.” You know, most people do expect girls to forget about horses, and alot of girls do. But some, it’s just not possible to lose such a big part of us. Anyways, great job!

Wow! I loved every stanza- HF, when you leave I’m going to cry! :[ Every one of your poems is so touching, and I image how you look when I'm reading them. It's nice to know you pray for the girls on GHC- it comforts me, really :]

I love you all even if I’ve never met y’all personaly. =0) Im turning 17 in January so i think according to the rules i have another year to write. But time goes on and i will be going to vet school soon enough. My parents don’t hate horses but my mum’s allergic so I just have to find champion horse friends to hang out with.

horse lover- You shouldnt befriend another horse to replace the one you loved. You should befriend another horse because he or she needs your love. When i lost my dog i didnt want to get another one because i was afraid to suffer the pain of loosing another. However i learned that i shouldnt be afraid to love.. because every moment is precious.. time waits for noone. Getting or leasing another horse doesnt mean your replacing it means your refilling part of an empty space.

*almost crying* wow. beautiful poem. I remember the first time i saw a horse….it was a police horse named Cenator. He was beautiful….it was at a place called Safety Town…beautiful poem. I love it. We’ll ALL miss you and regret the day you have to leave this wonderful place. My dad doesn’t get horses either (could it just be men that dont get them? no, my riding instructor’s dad ADORES horses…), but my mom had a horse when she was little….now she’s kinda grown out of it though. Keep writing, HF. Keep writing.
