Girls Horse Club Blogfest #1: Horse Riding

I believe the best way to understand horse riding (apart from riding a horse itself) is to watch or read about others riding. I was always keen on doing so as it is great fun to smile at accomplishments and helpful to know all the different situations around horses and what can be expected.
So that is why everyone is encouraged to join us for the first ever GHC Blogfest about riding experiences and/or times around horses that deserve to be shared with others. Whether it has a happily-ever-after or the most nightmare-ish ending, all are welcome.
Everyone, especially young and novice riders (including me) can all learn something valuable from joy and mistakes, laughter and frights. Be as creative as you want. Advice, comments, quotes or anything else you wish can be included. Let your imagination go wild, have fun, and happy writing!
Blogfest #1 has ended. Thanks to all who participated! Click here read all the entries in the Blogfest channel.

I love horse riding, and on sunday I had my second jumping lesson. The first one was just over poles, but this time I actually jumped! It’s amazing, I loved it, especcially when my pony started cantering over the jump instead of trotting!
Great idea! These blogs will be cool to read and I’m sure that we will all be able to learn something.
This is an awesome idea! I can tell you put some real though into this! Wonderful Madelaina, simply wonderful!
This will be great, I need to think of as much good and bad times that have happend to me when I have ridden as possible. Hmmmmmm…
Great idea!
Thanks so much everyone for your kind words, I’m looking forward to coming up with something myself and reading all the blogs submitted :)
