Hold On

Those soulful black eyes stare at me

Black like coal, deep as the sea

I’ll hold on forever and never let go

Oh Gully I love you, I love you so

Your short little tail and whiskered chin

You’ve done no wrong, done no sin

I’ll never forget for as long as I live

The gift that you give me, that only you can give!
