Horse Writing Ideas

Stumped on a good idea for a story? Try these:
1) Rescued Horse. Imagine you rescued a horse. What happened to it? Where did you find it? What condition was it in when you found it? And what did you do to save it?
2) Horse’s Point of View. Write about at least one day from your favorite horse’s point of view.
3) Life Story. Write the story of your horse you know, from the day they were born up to now. If there’s a part you don’t know, make something up!
4) Horse Hero. Come up with a story about a horse hero.
5) Surprise! It’s your birthday, and surprise! you get the horse of your dreams. What breed is it? What does it look like? And how do you feel?

OH NO LOOK OUT! What was that strange shadow I saw in the yard?-it’s night time and for SOME reason you awoke at midnight. Restless, you get out of bed and suddenly…..you see something..or someone lurking around the barn. THE HORSES! What happens????
WOW!-you get this feeling that something is calling out to you so you turn your hrose OFF the trail and head into the woods. Finally you come to a stop and look down to see…..what is it? You pick it up and hide it in your saddle bag to take home and study. When you hold it in your hand you feel an overwhelming power of emotion; you feel like something is happeneing to your heart and you feel a calling to do something great! What will happen? WHAT DID YOU FIND? Is is a scerit form the past or a mysterious gift from the future?
GASP!- you overhear your parents talking about SELLING YOUR HORSE TO PAY THE BILLS! You realize your family is in a financial rut and might sell your best frinend to get out of it!
