I have seen many new people come to GHC. Many want to become a Junior Blogger (JB). Well, you have come to the right blog!
GETTING STARTED
To become a JB you must have at least four blogs published as a guest blogger. Go to the submission form, then create a good title. Then, at the bottom of the form there is a submission policy. Fill it in and then it will be sent to off and checked over by GHC.
GHC TIP: Write your blog on your personal computer, edit to the best of your ability, then save it before you submit.
WHAT HAPPENED TO GETTING PUBLISHED?
It can take up two weeks until you get published, or, not at all. Don’t be sad if you don’t get published — there’s always next time!
I GOT IT PUBLISHED! WHAT NEXT?
Once you have gotten published, people can leave comments on your blog. Then, you can try another blog!
FOUR BLOGS! NOT ON THE ROSTER?
Once you’ve got four blogs published, you are eligible to join the JB roster. But remember there are only fifteen spots on the roster. Currently, there are two spots left. Maybe you’ll get to be a JB!
MARCH OPEN SUBMISSIONS for blogs (non-fiction) begin Saturday March 14th through Sunday March 29th. We’ll also be accepting fiction and poetry submissions during that time. Thanks for your interest in contributing to GHC!

do you have to wait for open sumbission to publish a blog when you are a JB?

I wish I could have read this when I first came to GHC. The only thing I understood was perfect horse! I was hanging around the site for about two years before I ever figured out what the LBC and the Blog were all about. Then, my submissions started coming! Great job!

you guys will never guess what? I am getting a LOT of blogs published this week! soon i’ll have 6 posts! I can’t wait! check the calendar, on the 13 both are mine! wow….this is so cool! I LOVE this site!
Correction Violet Inkpen: Yes, you will have 4 blogs published on the 17th. The rest are poetry which, as you know, are not counted as guest blogs. If there’s still an open spot on the roster it’s yours, but either way guest bloggers are always welcome and appreciated.
