Publishing Update

WOW. Is it just me or does it seem like we’ve raised the bar with your latest blogs? I’m so impressed — horse girls are amazingly talented!
Just a reminder that submissions are closed starting Monday October 29th. November submission dates will be announced later. Please read below for info about the status of your story or blog.
BLOGS. Beyond what’s already on the blog calendar, there are approximately 10 submissions in the queue for publication. Look for the November calendar to be filled out soon!
LOFT BOOK CLUB. Published submissions for the Loft Book Club have been light, mainly because there are 23 submissions of partial chapter stories set aside awaiting the final chapter(s). The titles are: The Story of a Mustang; Funky Big Nose; My Rainy Day of Horses; Still Shining; Chelsea’s Life; The Phantom Mare; Kaylie’s Life; Rainbow Rider; Ruffian: Born to Race; Child of a Mustang; The Mystery Fall. If any of these are your story and you’d like it considered for publication, please finish the submission and put THE END on the final chapter so I know the story is complete. Thanks.
PUBLISHING STATUS. The publishing calendar (on the blog sidebar) now includes stories that have been published in the Loft Book Club (LBC) along with published and upcoming blogs (B). Hopefully this change helps communicate what’s new and when your submission was (or will be) published.
AND MORE TO COME! November will also include a surprise or two, including a mini-competition that involves words but doesn’t involve writing a story. Hmmm…
