What I like about Girls Horse Club is it is like a community. Also, everything is very clean. If you go to other blogs (which I have tried) there will be tons of pointless and inappropriate blogs. The comments will mostly be putting down the person’s post, and the whole blog site is so huge and complicated you kind of get lost.
Girls horse Club is not like that. You can tell LeadMare and the other monitors spend a lot of time going through the blogs, screening, and making up dates. All the comments are so encouraging, and everyone seems to truly care about what you have to say.
So I would like to thank LeadMare and all the GHC herd, because you girls really encourage my writing.

I’ve seen other sites and yes it seems people will just pick each other apaer. “No, that’s a stuiped idea..” “Wow you are dumber than I thougut…” “How can you think something so stuiped..” “That’s a horrible story! You made it? yuck!..”
No one seems too nice around other sites but yet GHC is amazing! I haven’t met one mean person on here!

Reading this has made me appreciate GHC even more.
I am most thankful for LeadMare as she made all this into a reality, and for her awesome judgement and the great lengths she takes to keep everything safe and wholesome around here! Thank you soooo much!!
I’m also grateful for the chance to “be around” other girls that are as crazy about horses as I am!:) And before GHC I didn’t even think about writing stories! Now I’ve written 2 and I’m working on a third one that I hope to get published here in a few months.
Not to mention posting my art has boosted my confidence in the artist part of me!

When I found GHC, I was desperately looking for horse websites. Since (then) I had nowhere to ride or see horses, I needed someway to talk and read about horses. Thank you Girls Horse Club for meeting that need!
Ginger, you thoughtfulness is SO appreciated! While there are occasional behind-the-scenes challenges dealing with troublesome visitors, that’s very rare. In general the girls who find GHC are amazingly mature and kind — not to mention talented. Thank you all for your part in making GHC a special place.
