The Legend

A horse and girl were such good friends
Until the girl was lost
The horse went crazy, wild
and every rider was tossed
He became a legend
and nicknamed Shargild
He stole the farmer’s mares
and was proclaimed to be wild
But the seasons came
and over time he lost his wild edge
So the angry farmers got together
And chased him to a cliff ledge
The horse stopped and stared
then he tossed his head and reared
they ignored him and cocked there guns
He snorted loudly as they neared
He faced the edge and jumped
his body smashed into rocks like tin
The men looked down and cheered
Well the horse and girl were united once again!

Champion poem i felt the power and the freedom of the horse! =0)

Wow, so sad… that must have been really hard for the horse to deal with. Boo to the ranchers!
the poor horse!
Great poem!
