My Best Friend, Your Best Friend

When I am sad, I run out to the pasture, and there waiting for me is my best friend. When I am mad, I find understanding in my best friend. When I feel just plain bored, my best friend will cheer me up. Now who is this amazing friend? It is my great horse. My friends ask me, “How can you be best friends with a horse.” Well, this is what I say:
Horses always understand your feelings.
They comfort you when you feel down.
They look down on you with their big gentle eyes, and you feel in place.
When you ride them, there is a reward, a feeling of accomplishment.
Every horse should be loved at least once in there life. A little girl meets their best friend every minute, hour, and second. Some horses are being terribly abused too. Now it is our turn to be the best friend, we have to save the horses! If you want to help these horses and take action you have to be devoted.
Now, let’s save our friends!

Very nice Peanut… my little brother is also eight he says he enjoys reading your work! He loves to ride whenever he can but.. he says he’s no good at writing! =0) Champion job!
I get what you mean, I love horses and going to the stables on saturday is all that pull’s me through the week. All the horses that I love are there and when I ride I know that everything was worth it. I only hope that I don’t have to go a week withour horses, or I realy think I’ll die!!!
I would not be able to write if it weren’t for my best friend, Gulliver! If you wanna know more bout him I wrote a blog called “My Gulliver” it has a lot of true info.
me too! Annabelle
But I go every day!
Fantastic blog!
I feel I should do something to help but I’m not sure just what……. Why is every thing so complicated?!
This is a wonderful blog. Peanut, YOU kid of sound like ME! : P I agree that every horse should have a good loving home and friends, human or animal, that surround them.
