MEMBER REVIEW | I LOVED this book to death! I can't describe it in the right words, but it's so good! Near the end, I cried a little at the part where Black Beauty's friend dies, and he sees his old shaggy pony friend Merrylegs pulling a crude cart in an unclean street. I was sooooo sad, though, when Ginger came up to Black Beauty and told him how he was the true only friend she had ever had. But I liked the book!
